Appointment Policy
All grooming services are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins. To schedule an appointment, please text us at (740) 965-5005 or submit our online contact form.
We will confirm your appointment via text message. Please arrive on time — late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to ensure we can give every pet the time and attention they deserve.
Vaccination Requirements
For the safety of all pets in our care, we require proof of the following vaccinations:
- Rabies — Must be current
- Bordetella (Kennel Cough) — Must be current
Please bring proof of vaccination to your first appointment. We may ask for updated records periodically.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Late Pickup Policy
Please pick up your pet promptly at the scheduled time. We understand that delays happen, but pets left beyond their scheduled pickup time will incur a $10 fee per 30 minutes.
If you're running late, please call or text us so we can make arrangements.
Flea Policy
If fleas are found on your pet during their grooming appointment, a Capstar flea treatment ($15) will be administered along with a flea bath. This is required to protect all pets and staff in our salon.
The cost of the flea treatment will be added to your grooming bill.
Leash Requirement
For the safety of your pet and others, all dogs must be on a leash when entering and exiting the salon. Please keep your pet leashed until they are safely handed off to a groomer.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your pet's groom, please contact us within 72 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge.
